These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the citadelphone.com website (the “Website”), an informational product presentation site for Citadel OS and Citadel Chat, a hardened mobile operating system and encrypted communication suite. Please read these Terms carefully. The Website does not sell any products or services online, has no user accounts, shopping cart or payment functions; it provides information only.

Citadel OS and Citadel Chat are supplied preinstalled on select authentic Google Pixel handsets; available capabilities may vary according to the device model, the firmware version and the managed configuration deployed. Such information may change without notice and does not constitute a binding offer, warranty or commitment of any kind. Any supply of products or services, including their specification, price, delivery and applicable conditions, is subject to a separate individual written agreement concluded between EO SECURITY and the customer.

Citadel OS and Citadel Chat incorporate strong cryptography. You acknowledge that products of this nature may be subject to export-control rules, including those applicable to cryptographic technology, and to national and international regulations governing their acquisition, possession and use, which may differ from country to country and which may restrict or prohibit the use of encrypted communication devices in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any interest in, acquisition of, or use of such technology complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Nothing on the Website constitutes legal advice.
